Transfer service to/from airports and train stations


By choosing an NCC chauffeur, you know that you’ll be receiving fixed, advantageous prices agreed upon before the trip. No surprises upon arrival. Included in the costs are taxes, motorway tolls, luggage transport, parking, and the internal reserved lane of the airport for loading and offloading which is sheltered from the rain.

While clients are flying, our drivers can monitor the flight using an App. Therefore, once reaching the arrivals hall at the airport, the client will find his driver waiting for him with a signpost stating his surname or that of his group leader.

The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after landing. In the event of a flight delay or complications in collecting luggage, it will be the client’s responsibility to call or text our reservations number to notify us of the delay. There will be an additional hourly fee for the extra waiting time of our drivers. By contacting us, clients can rest assured that they won’t miss their transfer.

During the journey, it is possible to stop for a few minutes, if requested by the client; if not, the chauffeur will take the client to the destination in the shortest time possible. Special requests must be specified upon booking the service or immediately before the beginning of the trip and will have an added cost of time or kilometres, on a case by case basis. Traffic problems and subsequent delays will not result in an increase of the cost of the journey.


On days when traffic is heavy, transfer to the airport or station may take place at an earlier time to ensure clients catch their flight or train on time. Cortina Car Service will notify the client of any changes to the timetable.

On board the vehicles it is not allowed to smoke, eat food or drink fizzy beverages; exceptions are made for small children. Clients must indicate if there are pets travelling in the vehicle upon booking. Big animals are charged as adult passengers.
